Mannheim Weihnactsmarkt, Snow & Haircut

Though I promised a post about New Year’s, my computer isn’t cooperating with importing videos from my camera, so instead, I’ll start catching up on December posts.

Before we left for our trip to Texas, John and I made a quick stop at the Mannheim Christmas market. Here are a few sights from our excursion:

The Wasserturm (water tower) is at the center of the market, and all the booths are spread around it

The lights read “Mannheim Weihnachtsmarkt” (aka Mannheim Christmas market)

Note my incredibly long hair

We haven’t gotten much snow yet, but the hills have. Can you see the dusting in these pictures?

And finally, a picture from New Year’s Eve at a couple’s house from our Bible study…note my MUCH shorter hair
